Hello Everyone!
It’s been a little while but we are back. Since our last blog, the hilarious and always enjoyable Christmas shoots – which you should check out if you haven’t yet, we have been very busy. No, not with Clients per se, that began again recently, but with revamping the company and completely redesigning the website.
A few months ago while attending our bi-weekly associates meeting with PreMPT, we were asked a series of questions that led us to some deep thinking about the company and ourselves. This led to a lot of meetings and long hours of calculations and designing. In the end, we think the company is much better, will run smoother and will better accomplish its Vision and goals. As for productivity work with Clients, TTM has been commissioned to write the Master Plan (which is essentially a business plan) for two organizations – and we have two more lined up. This is exciting for two reasons; one is it opens up a new service avenue for TTM, an avenue we have spent the last three years learning about so we know we are qualified and ready to handle the job. Second is it allows us to get more involved with organizations of which we might have a personal passion for. This is tough work but is worth it in the end.
Update: we finished one of the Master Plans and the Client was overjoyed with the work we did. Not only that but they presented the plan to a few potential investors, one of which has supposedly already agreed to invest a large sum of money in their organization based off the Master Plan information. 🙂 Also, we were able to work with another friend, Mark of Big Blue Designs, and help create a great logo for the Client.
